Our Practice Areas
Bankruptcy Law provides for the development of a plan that allows a debtor, who is unable to pay his creditors, to eliminate or restructure his debts through the division of his assets among his creditors. The firm represents individuals and businesses in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings brought pursuant to Chapter 7, and 13 of the insolvency processing including receivers in state processing.
Wills and Estates
The firm extends additional consideration when creating an estate plan of the fiduciary duty owed to each client. In the event of sudden death or incapacitation, it is prudent to have an estate plan in place that, in part, protects the client's personal interests. At the time of death, the client makes the decisions pertaining to the will or testament and declares the names of the persons to manage the estate. The transfer of property at death will be drafted and executed by the firm.
